Saint Mary Catholic School, a National Blue Ribbon School and an Archdiocese of Philadelphia School of Distinction is excited to announce our 15th Annual Race for Education!
What is The Race for Education?The Race for Education is one of Saint Mary Catholic School's largest fundraisers and our goal is $50,000. Held each fall, this fundraiser plays a major role in funding a host of school-wide programs that benefit each student. Every dollar raised helps our students grow through the arts, foreign language, and other enrichment programs supported by the Race for Education by bridging the gap in funds that tuition does not cover. Our Pep Rally was held on September 18th and we officially launched the Race for Education page electronically. Our Race is scheduled for Friday, October 18th and is a fun day and celebration for all students, faculty, administration and friends of Saint Mary Catholic School to walk or run together to help raise funds for our school.Most importantly, it was a day of learning for our students. Through this fun activity, they gained a sense of pride, responsibility, and ownership in their school and are laying the foundation for building character and leadership skills.
