Good Afternoon, Our Governor has taken unprecedented moves to control the spread of the Covid-19 virus. For us this means that school will be closed at least until March 30th. I know the challenge that this presents to all of our families. First and foremost you are in our most sincere prayers, as is our entire society. We will keep in touch with you and work to navigate this challenge in the best interest of all. God Bless us all! Peace, Kevin Conwell
As the COVID-19 situation continues to develop, our primary concern is the safety of our community. At this time, we have decided to cancel the Student Showcase/Open House scheduled for Thursday, March 12th. While a difficult decision to make, we have decided to err on the side of caution. Although we have no current contact with the virus, an open house creates a greater possibility of introducing it into our building and we do not wish to take that risk. We appreciate your understanding, support and prayers as we navigate this process. Peace, Kevin Conwell Saint Mary Catholic School
We at Saint Mary Catholic School continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation. Our primary concern is the safety of our school community. At this time, we will continue business as usual with our regularly scheduled activities; this includes our Student Showcase this Thursday, March 12. Please understand that the situation is fluid and a decision to cancel activities could be made in short notice. We appreciate your understanding, support and prayers as we navigate this process. Of course, if you prefer a less public visit to our school to learn how Saint Mary Catholic School can serve your child, please contact Mrs. Suzette Moyer, Development Director at smoyer@smsk-8.org / 610-287-7757(244). And remember the best way to fight any virus is to properly wash hands, cover your cough/sneeze, and avoid close contact if you are sick.
