Saint Mary Catholic School offers tuition assistance to families that demonstrate financial need. Applications are processed by an outside organization, FACTS Tuition Management Company.
Important Deadline for Financial Assistance. The application process begins on November 1, 2017 and extends through December 31, 2017. All applicants are encouraged to meet these important deadlines. Final documentation, including the 2017 tax return, is due March 31, 2018.
Those seeking financial assistance after the aforementioned dates should apply immediately in order to be considered.
Financial Assistance Guidelines. The Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program provides tuition assistance to qualified families through the generosity of businesses contributing under guidelines provided by Pennsylvania legislation. Catholic school families can apply who have students enrolling in grades Pre-K through 12th and are residents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Families with the following EITC Income guidelines should apply:
Number of Dependents – Maximum Income 1 $91,620 2 $106,890 3 $122,160 4 $137,430 5 $152,700 (add $15,270 for each additional dependent)
Meeting EITC Guidelines does not guarantee every family tuition assistance. Assistance is based on the funding available and the family’s ranking among all qualified applicants. We ask that you take advantage of this opportunity to receive tuition assistance. To access the application visit www.factsmgt.com.
